2. Refund Timeframes

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days from approval
  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 additional business days
  • Credit Card: 1-2 billing cycles
  • Digital Wallets: 24-48 hours

4. Cancellation Procedures

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
  • Service continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No cancellation fees
  • Access to data export tools for 30 days post-cancellation

Annual Subscriptions:

  • Cancel within 30 days for full refund
  • After 30 days: Pro-rated refund based on unused months
  • Processing fee of ₹500 for early cancellation
  • Data export available for 60 days post-cancellation

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom development services (unless specified in contract)
  • Third-party integrations and API usage fees
  • Data migration services
  • Training sessions and onboarding fees
  • Services used beyond the refund period

6. Refund Calculation

Refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription:

  • Monthly Plans: Full refund if cancelled within 7 days
  • Annual Plans: Pro-rated refund based on remaining months
  • Usage-based charges: Refunded only for unused credits
  • Taxes: Refunded proportionally with the service amount

7. Processing Fees

  • No fees: Refunds requested within 7 days of payment
  • ₹100: Processing fee for refunds after 7 days
  • ₹500: Early cancellation fee for annual plans
  • Bank charges: Actual charges as per bank policy

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:

9. RBI Compliance
